About the Position:

We have an exceptional opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to manage marketing initiatives that drive lead generation for our sales team while supporting account management efforts. This individual will be responsible for managing content distribution to online channels, including email campaigns, social media networks, website and blogs and will be counted on to monitor and increase online traffic for lead generation, email marketing, SEO and brand awareness. Also, they will work closely with the sales team on tasks as needed. You must be available to work alongside our team in our Connecticut office.

Core Responsibilities:

Developing personal skills to efficiently and effectively work individually and as a member of the Jaroop team

  • Advise on strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize a range of techniques including content marketing and SEO.
  • Oversee the social media strategy for the company.
  • Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Improving the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website.
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digitalmarketing.

Required Skills and Talents:

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with the right attitude and must be comfortable in the dynamicatmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. A qualified candidatemust have experience in marketing and expertise in modern lead generation methodologies.

  • Experience in digital marketing, including PPC, Drip Campaigns, Email Marketing, etc.
  • Experience marketing professional services.
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising or digital media.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice.
  • Self-starter with organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Publisher and WordPress.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Team player with high energy, confidence, and an enthusiastic attitude.
